Objective: To present the roots of the so-called Brazilian Cuisine, considering all cultural, social and regional aspects, with focus on practical cooking classes. 

Course Description

Target Audience: Students, professionals and general audience from worldwide interested in experiencing Brazilian Cuisine Roots.

Date and Time of Classes:

From July 23, 2018 (Monday) to July 27, 2018 (Friday).

9am to 16pm

Workload: 30 hours.

Course language: English.
