The training from Mackenzie’s degree Business Administration Master’s and Doctor’s programs gives graduates the skills to create innovative knowledge for business firms, enabling them to stand out from the competition in Brazil or abroad. Training highly skilled masters as business practitioners and also enable them to become professors and develop scientific research. The Doctoral program focuses on training professors and researchers, emphasizing theory construction and methodological guidance skills for acting in the undergraduate and graduate programs of higher education institutions.

PPGA, through its degree master’s and doctor’s programs, aims to train professors, researchers and practitioners with excellent theoretical/methodological standards and the critical and reflective capability to help develop Academia, research and organizations. PPGA expects to contribute to developing business firms’ competitiveness within a responsible framework of operations before the various areas of society, through qualitative research, education and extension programs.
